PURPOSE:To reduce labor costs by calculating the number of articles to be ordered this time and the period of delivery based on arrangement data and result data at the last time corresponding to the order of reserve articles and automatically sending mail to the fax of a supplier on the arranged day. CONSTITUTION:This method is provided with arrangement information preparation 211 and result information preparation 213 for preparing an arrangement information file 221 and a result information file 223 from order arrangement information and supplied result information inputted by an arrangement information input 201 and a supplied result input 202. Then, the method is composed of result sum-up 212 for preparing a mail transmission file 222 from the prepared files 221 and 223 and mail transmission processing 214 for outputting an order statement from the file 222 to a supplier's fax 203. In this case, the numbers of respective kinds of reserve articles to be ordered and the period of delivery are worked from result values, automatically set and changed and at the time of the next order, the request of delivery is transmitted from a computer system to the supplier's fax based on the calculated numbers to be ordered and delivery period. Thus, problems such as the excess stock or lack of reserve articles can be solved. |
