PURPOSE:To obtain a route detour system where load distribution is performed and a ping-pong phenomenon is not generated when a route destination is determined, regarding a route detour system performing load distribution. CONSTITUTION:When a detour factor is generated for the traffic from a terminal Aj including plural other stations to a main route a0, a detour is made to a specified detour destination route ak other than the main route a0 by a detour means 10. This system is provided with a detour rate determination means 20 determining what rate of the traffic amount in the specified terminal Aj is detoured and a rate information granting means 30 granting the rate information according to the detour factor to the detour rate determination means 20.
