MOVING PICTURE COMPRESSION DATA CHANGEOVER CIRCUIT

摘要

PURPOSE:To select an output without disturbing a reproduced picture at a switching point from moving picture compression data compression-coded through the use of inter-frame correlation without 2nd compression coding using the inter-frame correlation. CONSTITUTION:When an input to a terminal a1 is switched into an input to a terminal a2, a switch 104 is thrown from the position b1 into the position b0 just before an in-frame coding pattern or a forward coding pattern enters the terminal b1 after a switching point. Then data from a data signal generating circuit 102 not giving effect of decoding of received moving picture compression data are inserted and the switch 104 is thrown from the position b0 to the position b2 just before the in-frame coding pattern is given to the terminal 52 to avoid correlation between frames before and after the switching and then moving picture compression data before and after the switching are normally reproduced.
