PURPOSE:To receive the presentation of a control program from plural service presenting centers with a public terminal at one spot by performing down load from the service presenting centers through a communication network to the public terminal corresponding to a request. CONSTITUTION:The control program to be presented to a terminal 120 is previously divided and held at plural service presenting centers 2001-200n, and the service to be utilized is selected out of the usable services previously registered on a storage medium 110 provided for a user or corresponding to a selection menu displayed by the control program executed in advance. Then, the terminal 120 is connected through a communication network 300 to the centers 2001-200n provided with the control program corresponding to the selected service. After the connection, the control program is transferred from the centers 2001-200n to the terminal 120, and the control program transferred from the centers 2001-200n to the terminal 120 is executed at the terminal. Thus, it is not necessary to store the fixed program inside the terminal 120. |
