摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To sharply improve the measurement accuracy of an actual flowing-in air quantity by making a counterflow difficult to influence through a counterflow checking structure, and leading the counterflow to a subbypass path for measuring a counterflow air flow rate CONSTITUTION:The structure of an internal combustion engine such as capacity, an exhaust pipe and an intake pipe is formed into counterflow checking structure being difficult to be influenced by a counterflow. When intake air (route) 6 flows in, it is partially led to a bypass path 2 to output measured voltage using a thermal resistance 3 and a heat sensitive resistance 4. In addition, when the counterflow 7 flows in, a gate 9 functions to check its flowing into the bypass path 2, and the counterflow therefore flows into a main air path 1 through only a subbypass path 112, and a counterflow air quantity is detected by a counterflow detecting thermal resistance 8 provided in the subbypass path, and an actual intake air quantity is obtained by subtracting the counterflow air quantity.</p>
