CONSTITUTION:Aluminum/metallikon electrodes 5 are prepared on both end faces of ZnO elements 2a and 2b, and epoxy-based conductive adhesives 3a, 3b and 3c and metallic rings 4a, 4b and 4c for preventing the extrusion of adhesives are used as a joint material between the elements 2a and 2b and between the elements 2a and 2b and the terminal metals 1a and 1b, then the elements 2a and 2b and the metals 1a and 1b are formed integrally.</p> |
