PURPOSE:To make it possible to make a self-diagnosis of a monitor of a power substation without increasing the data to be set. CONSTITUTION:When making a self-diagnosis of, for example, an input circuit 11a of a monitor 1, an input circuit for inspection (diagnosis) 16 is connected to the input circuit 11a with a cable 17 and diagnostic data is prepared from the data which is preliminarily registered in a memory 12 using a microcomputer 10 and then the prepared data is sent to the input circuit 11a through the input circuit 16 and the cable 17. By this method, it is not necessary to set or register the data specially for diagnosis. |
