PURPOSE:To obtain a thermosetting-type primer layer which can be cured at a low temp. in a short time by curing a compsn. containing an isocyanate compd., org. tin compd., and specified monomer to form the primer layer. CONSTITUTION:This waterless planographic printing master plate has a primer layer, photosensitive layer and silicone rubber layer laminated in this order on a supporting body. The primer layer is formed by curing a compsn. containing an isocyanate compd., org. tin compd., and monomer expressed by the formula. In the formula, each of R1, R2 is hydrogen atom or methyl group, a, b are integers >=1 satisfying a+b=3, n is an integer 0 to 20. The org. tin compd. promotes the reaction of the isocyanate compd. with a resin usually included in the primer layer and enables a low temp. curing of the primer layer. As for the monomer expressed by the formula, an esterified compd. of phosphoric acid with (meth)acrylate is used. |
