PURPOSE:To obtain a radiation image reinforcing tube, which restrict the deformation of an X-ray entrance window of a vacuum container, to which an input screen is directly adhered, and which has the excellent contrast and resolution characteristic without deteriorating the evenness of the radiation transmittance, and the manufacture thereof. CONSTITUTION:Meridian curvature radius of the cross section of a radiation entrance window 13, to which inner surface an input screen 17 is directly adhered, is formed so as to be larger in the peripheral part in comparison with the center part, and the plate thickness of the peripheral part is formed thicker in comparison with that of the center part. The radiation entrance window 13 is fitted so as to be a part of a reduction container 34 of a film forming device 33 for forming an input screen to form the input screen 17. |
