PURPOSE:To decrease hysteresis by providing a torque generating means for generating rotational torque for rotating a valve in the closing direction by flow velocity in the radial direction of viscous fluid. CONSTITUTION:A pressure receiving surface 27a receives viscous fluid to flow in the radial direction, thereby rotational torque is generated. Since the flow velocity of the viscous fluid from an operating chamber 17 to a storing chamber 16 is low in the low rotation, a valve 27 is not affected by the rotational torque to be generated on the pressure receiving surface 27a. Thereby, the switching temperature is very different from the conventional one. Moreover, the switching temperature when the valve 27 is rotated in the closing direction after the rotational torque is generated by the pressure receiving surface 27a by the flow velocity of the viscous fluid after the rotational number is raised is shifted to the high-temperature side in relation to the conventional one. Thus, hysteresis can be decreased by shifting the switching temperature in the closing state to the high-temperature side. |
