PURPOSE:To obtain a sound reproduction device which is capable of correcting the deviation of the fixed position of an sound image generated by an asymmetrical speaker arrangment such as in the inside of an automobile by a few delay devices. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a control means 23 successively impressing impulse signals on plural speaker systems for reproduction of middle frequency sound area, collecting the reproduced sound of the speaker systems for reproduction of middle frequency sound area by the microphone 21 installed at a listening location, measuring the attaining time of each speaker system for reproduction of middle frequency sound area by a time difference measuring device 22 and adjusting the delay time of delay devices 12L and 12R provided on each speaker system for reproduction of middle frequency sound area so that the attaining time of each speaker system for reproduction of middle frequency sound area may be the same.
