<p>PURPOSE:To ensure the fast operation and a high degree of integration of a circuit block with reduction of the heating value and also to use an existing circuit as an external one. CONSTITUTION:An A circuit block 14 and a B circuit block 15 having the arithmetic functions are connected in series to a DC voltage source 16, and the DC voltage applied to both blocks are detected by the voltage detecting circuits 17 and 18. The reference potentials of the signals set between both blocks are converted into the same level by a reference potential converter 22. Then the signal level set to the converted reference potential is converted into the level of an external circuit 12 by a signal level converter 23. When each voltage detecting circuit detects the voltage lower or higher than the half of the voltage of the source 16, a deciding circuit deteriorates the arithmetic function of the circuit block that detected the lower voltage and then improves the arithmetic function of the block that detected the higher voltage respectively.</p> |
