发明名称 ANALYTIC METHOD FOR GENE
摘要 PURPOSE:To realize quick analysis of gene by using an acryloamide gel where the electrophoretic gel has a composition of specific extent of cross-linking and effecting the electrophoresis at respectively different temperatures at the time when the concentration of gel is higher than a specific value and at the time when it is lower than the specific value. CONSTITUTION:A frame is formed out of a glass plate having a predetermined size and a spacer for ensuring a predetermined thickness. Acryloamide gel is then polymerized as a nonmodifying gel to produce polyacryloamide gel with the gel concentration being set so that the ratio (%T) to acryloamide is in the range of 5 to 20%. In this regard, bisacryloamide is composed by cross-linking polyacryloamide chains and the extent of cross-linking is represented by the ratio (%C) between acryloamide and bisacryloamide. It is preferably set in the range of 0.1 to 3%. When the concentration of gel is 11%T or above, temperature of the gel is subjected to electrophotoresis at a temperature of 15 to 30 deg. and when the concentration is lower than 11%T, the electrophotoresis is conducted at 4 to 20 deg.C. This method provides the analytic results quickly.
