RADIO CHANNEL SWITCHING METHOD

摘要

PURPOSE:To reduce the probability of interference after radio channel switching by simple control by selecting a radio channel having a higher quality to perform switching to this channel according as the frequency in radio channel switching of a call is increased at the time when the quality of the radio channel used by the call being in course of communication is lower than a required quality. CONSTITUTION:If interference occurs in a system terminal (e) a channel whose CIR value is 23dB or higher is selected at the time of first channel switching, and a channel whose CIR value is 26dB or higher is selected at the time of second channel switching. A channel whose CIR value is 35dB or higher is selected at the time of fifth and following channel switching. Since the quality of the assigned channel is increased by 3dB at each time of channel switching, the probability of the occurrence of interference is reduced. The loss probability is degraded because of the same channel assignment condition for the occurrence of a call as conventional.
