PURPOSE:To make possible high-speed operations by combining an N-type differential circuit and a P-type differential circuit and adjusting an output level corresponding to a current switch to be connected. CONSTITUTION:Differential circuits 51 and 52 are respectively composed of 'N-type FET 12-15, constant current source 20, P-type FET 16-19 and constant current source 21. A differential input 103C is applied to the gates of the FET 14 and 16, and a differential input 14C is applied to the gates of the FET 15 and 17. The source of the FET 14 is connected to the source of the FET 15 and one terminal of the constant current source 20. On the other hand, the source of the FET 16 is connected to the source of the FET 17 and one terminal of the constant current source 21. In this case, the output level of differential outputs 105b and 1O6b is adjusted corresponding to the current switch to be connected. Then, the N type and P type differential circuits 51 and 52 are combined so that the high-speed operations can be conducted by supplying a driving current from the differential circuit 51 at rising time or from the differential circuit 52 at falling time. |
