PURPOSE: To prevent erroneous arithmetic by detecting the misoperation of a user with a machine (such as an electronic calculator) and to let the user freely change the conditions that cause the operating error. CONSTITUTION: This equipment has a register key 103, function keys 101, 102 and 104-107, display 109 and internal arithmetic processing part of the like and has a specified key 108 for inputting conditions for generating the error. A control circuit compares the conditions inputted from the specified key 108 with the inputted numerical value of the register key 103 or the functions of function keys 101... and when they match, a message 111 showing the operating error is outputted and displayed on the display 109. |
