PURPOSE:To prevent the bumping and foaming in the heating process to form an oriented film by thinning a part of the second coating film before the oriented film is formed. CONSTITUTION:A colored layer 12 is formed on a transparent substrate 11, a first coating film 13, a second coating film 14 and a transparent electrode patterned in a specified shape are successively formed on the colored layer 12, and at least a part of the second coating film 14 at the part from which the transparent electrode is removed by patterning. The thickness of the second coating film 14 is controlled so that the outgas generated in the succeeding heating process to form an oriented film is passed, and the thickness of the second coating film 14 after removal is adjusted to <=50Angstrom . Since a part of the second coating film 14 is thinned before the oriented film is formed, the outgas is easily escaped from the part of the second coating film 14 thinned in the heating process to form the oriented film. |
