PURPOSE:To provide the color recognition device capable of stably recognizing colors without storing the reference color even when the environment such as illumination is changed at the time of taking in the color information. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with a means 103 calculating the chromaticity correcting amount by inputting the color information of the achromatic color sample and obtaining the change amount of the chromaticity affected by the illumination, means 104 correcting the chromaticity inputting the color information of the object to be measured and the chromaticity correction amount and outputting the corrected chromaticity of the object to be measured. On the lightness, a means 105 calculating the brightness correction amount obtaining the change amount of the brightness affected by the illumination and calculating the brightness correction amount at the output and a means 104 correcting the brightness which outputs the corrected brightness of the object to be measured are provided. |
