PURPOSE:To improve the workability of document editing by omitting labor for starting and operating a function dedicated to a character attribute or modification again by performing the change, cancel or setting of the character attribute or modification added to characters or graphics within a copying or moving operation. CONSTITUTION:This method is composed of an input device 110, storage device 120, display device 130 and central processing part 140, and the central processing part 140 is formed by an input control part 141 for controlling respective parts, storage control part 142, display control part 143 and editing control part 144 for modifying, copying or moving the inputted characters or graphics. When copying or moving any character or graphic, the input device 110 indicates the change or character attribute or modification information added to the character or graphic, to which copying or moving is designated, and it is copied or moved while changing, canceling or setting the added character attribute or modification information according to that instruction. Thus, workability can be improved. |
