PURPOSE:To enhance the quality and processing speed in the inspection of egg by automating the egg inspection work. CONSTITUTION:A dark box A 15 disposed in the way of the passage of a conveyor 2 for conveying fresh eggs 1 while rotating. A light source B for illuminating a fresh egg 1 on the conveyor 2 passing through the dark box A and a camera 3 for picking up the image of illuminated egg 1 are disposed in the dark box A. The camera 3 is connected with an image processor for deciding pass/fail of the egg 1. |
