摘要 PURPOSE:To move an object up to a criterion position in a short time by a method wherein, when an abnormality is generated in the excitation and the demagnetization of a stator winding and the excitation and the demagnetization can be performed in the same manner as in a normal state, a shaft is rotated at a speed in the normal state and, when the excitation and the demagnetization cannot be performed in the same manner as in the normal state, the shaft is turned at a speed which is slower than that in the normal state by using a torque-giving means. CONSTITUTION:Even when a winding 11b is disconnected, transistors (Trs) Q1, Q3 are set to an ON-state, Trs Q2, Q4 are set to an OFF-state, the Trs Q2, Q3 are set to an ON-state and the Trs Q1, Q4 are set to an OFF-state in the same manner as in a normal state. When the Tr Q4 is turned on and the Tr Q3 is turned off the Tr Q4 is not turned on because the winding 11b is discontinued. Consequently, magnetic poles B1, B2 are made magnetized. Then, a rotor 8 is rotated in the clockwise direction by an attraction force from magnetic poles A1, A2 and by a torque due to a spiral spring. Then, an N-pole for the rotor 8 is attracted to the magnetic pole A1 in an S-pole state, and an S-pole is attracted to the magnetic pole A2 in an N-pole state.
