This invention discloses a zero-discharging method of industrial rinsing water and its apparatus . In course of multi-stage intermittently countercurrent rinsing, the clean air is blown by air pump through pipes is blown into the bubblers which are set respectively in working bath, buffer bath and rinsing bath (each bath has at least one bubbler) to form tiny bubbles in solution and increase the evaporation of water in each of baths, thereby reaching the balance between the quantity of evaporated water and the quantity of replenished water, so zeordischarge of waste water is realized.
