The machine has a number of microswitches built in that are actuated to signal an illegal entry into the housing. Built in to the housing is a unit (10) that dispenses a fluorescent marking ink from a cartridge (12). The cartridge is activated by a detonator element (19) that is triggered by a plunger (15). The plunger is released by moving a lever (14) with the pin of a solenoid unit (13) responding to limit switch operation.
