The pressure conveyor for delivering sand, esp. foundry sand, incorporates a pressure container (7) with an inlet valve (6) and a connection for supply of compressed air. The conveyor has: a) a pressure container (7) preceded by a filling container (5) located above it; b) a filling container provided with an inlet valve (4); c) a filling container and a pressure container connected to one another. The filling container also has a connection for supply of compressed air.
