Colour measuring array for colour management in roller offset printing

The measurement field group includes several measurement fields which can be optically sensed and printed onto a printed product to be monitored or onto a calibration print. The prime colours are printed superimposed onto a combination measurement field (1) with their nominal degrees of coverage. Additional combination fields (2-4) are printed with various degrees of coverage of the prime colours, with each prime colour varied at least once and at least one other colour varied in each additional combination field. There is at least one single colour full tone field (5-7) for each prime colour. At least one single colour raster field (8-13) is provided for each colour with the same degree of coverage as for that colour in the initial combination field. For each colour at least one further single colour raster field is provided, with the same varied degree of coverage as for the same colour in the additional combination fields.
