PURPOSE:To easily perform failure analysis of a printed circuit board by clarifying correlation between the printed circuit board, a test jig and a tester pin number. CONSTITUTION:Since pattern information, test program information and test Jig manufacture information produced by a printed circuit board diagnose program each is a single datum, this is converted into data with correlation, the correlation is made by the program and shown on a display 3 by means of a failure analyzer. When a printed circuit board 6 is tested, a tester 5 detects a failure part. Because the failure part is shown on the display 3 as a numerical value, it is input to the failure analyzer, obtains failure analysis position information by comparing it with another numerical value of an outside storing device 2, the failure analysis position information is shown on the display 3 as graphic indication and failure analysis is made easy. Thus, when the failure analysis of the printed circuit board is performed, the failure analysis is made easy by holding failure analysis information with a computer and conducting the graphic indication of only a related part on the display. |
