PURPOSE: To obtain optical parts having antistatic property and wear resistance, being not sensitive to moisture and wear, having a coating film prevented from being peeled off from an optical part surface and also providing an effect to decrease surface reflection and to obtain its manufacturing method. CONSTITUTION: The antistatic wear resistant optical part is provided with an organic polymer plastic substrate, a conductive semiconductor layer provided on at least one side surface of the plastic substrate, and consisting of a translucent conductive material changed to transparent one by a glow discharge treatment and a wear resistant layer covering the conductive semiconductor layer; and its manufacturing method is attained by referring to the above description. |
