The proposed spring carrier comprises: a first carrier (9), with a spring plate and a second carrier (11) with a spring plate, at least one spring plate (13) being slidable axially so that the spring tension of a spring (17) between the spring plates can be adjusted; and snap-in locking devices which engage between the adjustable spring plate and associated carrier and can be released to allow the spring plate to slide axially. The spring plate when thus slid moves from any position into another without rotating and independently of the locking devices, which are locked once that new position is reached. The proposed spring carrier is characterized by the fact that the snap-in locking devices comprise a shaped sleeve section (19, 31) of the carrier and a securing ring (43) which can lock into place in the shaped section. |
