A simple and easy method of making plate, in which the originals are printed directly onto transparent films or translucent films with toner so as to form physical manuscripts of positive film; then a complete layout of a printed sheet is made up with the manuscripts of positive film; a prepared plane plate is exposed with the complete layout of a printed sheet; after developing, the prepared plane plate is formed itself into a printing plate. An apparatus being capable of printing said physical positive film by said method. The apparatus mainly consists of an original table, a light source, an optical system, a sensitive element, a developing unit, a feeder, a separating unit, a fixing unit and a power source. The simple and easy method and apparatus thereof provided from this invention can speed up rate of making plate, lower cost of making plate and reduce pollution of environment.
