The reinforcing, deformable pedestal (1) of this shoe (2) is inside the heel. Two or more supports (6) extend below its platform, downward and outward. The upper surface (3) extends just over its support feet. The upward projection (5) locates the heel insol. Of nitrile rubber cpd., it is embedded in polyurethane (12). The method of mfr. is also claimed; the surrounding polyurethane is pressure injected.
