PURPOSE:To control gap length constant by detecting the gap length between electromagnets and controlling the supply current to the respective electromagnets according to the detection values thereof. CONSTITUTION:A gap legnth control circuit 141 so controls the attraction force of a DC electromagnet 91 as to make the spacing between the same and a secondary iron core 10 is made constant. Hence, it turns out that the turntable 5 is stably maintained in the horizontal direction as the gap length is controlled so as to become constant at the three points corresponding to DC electromagnets 91, 92, 93. As a result, the turntable 5 is floated to a specified height by the repulsion forces between a pair of electromagnets 2, 3 and is maintained of its horizontal direction by being guided by the attraction forces of the trisected DC electromagnets 91, 92, 93, in which state it is rotation-driven by a non-contact motor 6. |
