摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the interference of plate symmetrical waves and to reduce influence on plate asymmetrical waves by measuring the time from the input of vibration to a vibration transmission plate until the detection of the vibration based on the vibration of a separated single mode and calculating the coordinates of a vibration source based on the measured vibration transmission time. CONSTITUTION:The vibration transmission plate 8 is touched with a vibration pen 3, coordinate input is specified and signals from respective vibration sensors 6a-6d are detected in a vibration waveform detection circuit 9. For the detected signals, in an arithmetic control circuit 1, the vibration transmission time until the respective vibration sensors 6a-6d is measured based on the vibration of the separated single mode and the coordinate position of the vibration pen 3 is calculated based on the measured vibration transmission time. Thus, the interference of the plate symmetrical waves is eliminated, the influence on the plate asymmetrical waves is reduced and the precision of position coordinate detection is improved.</p>
