PURPOSE:To suppress the size of the whole of a buffer memory to the minimum and to reduce circuit scale and power consumption by securing an encoding input buffer and a decoding output buffer in the same memory area. CONSTITUTION:In a processor 200, an encoding input and decoding output buffer 802 is provided as a buffer memory. Before the next digital voice output data is outputted from the buffer memory after one of digital voice output data is transferred from the certain address of the buffer memory to a converter 202 based on the data transmission completion signal from a D/A converter 202, a storage memory is made to be used in common so as to store one of digital sound input data in the same address based on the data acquisition completion signal from an A/D converter 201. |
