PURPOSE:To blow mold and process a parison into a desired shape with low pressurized fluid by utilizing the characteristics of shape-memory alloy and carrying out preliminary molding of the same into a mold cavity shape. CONSTITUTION:A shape-memory alloy material 14 having a straight elasticity at a low temperature is hung down and fed into a parison P. Said shape-memory alloy 14 is deformed and restored to the cavity shape of molds 10 and 11 by the heat of the parison P, and the parison P is preliminarily molded to a shape complying with the cavity shape of the molds 10 and 11. Then, the preliminarily molded parison P is pressed to the cavity shape of the molds 10 and 11 and blow molded. After molding, the shape-memory alloy 14 is restored to the bar- shaped, and flashes B1 and B2 at the upper and lower ends of a duct tube D are cut off, the bar-shaped shape-memory alloy 14 is drawn out from the lower end of the parison. |
