2 RANITIDINE HYDROCHLORIDE FORM, METHOD OF ITS PREPARATION AND PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCT WITH ITS CONTENTS

Aminoalkylfurane derivative - 2 ranitidine hydrochloride form is prepared by crystalization of ranitidine hydrochloride from its solution in solvents, which enables origin of 2 ranitidine hydrochloride form e.a. in alcohols. Pharmaceutical agents with contents of 2 ranitidine hydrochloride form are suitable for use for lowering of acidity of gastric juice, mainly at ulcers before surgical operations and at treatment of allergic and inflammation states by which is histamin proved as mediator.
