The appliance consists of a housing(1) in which is a motor(3) connected to at least two shafts(10a, 10b) designed to receive a face care accessory(15,15a,21,22) which are driven by the shafts(10a, 10b). The two shafts(10a, 10b) extend side by side from the housing(1) and are driven so that they rotate in opposing directions so that the accessories(15,15a,20,21) massage a roll of flesh in the application zone.
