The collapsible display table (10) includes a collapsible truss framework that supports a folding table top (14) and one or more folding utility shelves (12). The two link members in each truss pair (26) of the framework are pivotally connected together in a scissors configuration so as to be extendable horizontally from a first collapsed to a second extended position. A pair of table top support arms (62) pivotally connected to the top of the framework on opposite sides are provided for supporting the table top (14), and at least one pair of shelf support arms (78) is removably attachable between adjacent legs on opposite sides for supporting a lower shelf (12). The legs of the collapsible display table (10) preferably include telescoping foot extensions. The table top (14) and lower utility shelf (12) are preferably made of a plurality of segments hingedly connected together, allowing them to be foldable. In an alternate embodiment, the truss framework includes multiple truss pairs of link members pivotally connected together in a scissors configuration.
