<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture a good product which has no residual stress with a good yield by disposing a core for forming a cone, a supplementary shape cone type sleeve and a cylindrical fitting and by making a material flow uniform by making a cavity of an upper metal mold for storing a rubber material communicate with a formed ring groove. CONSTITUTION:An integrated type core N is provided in a metal mold to form a cylindrical fitting M2 of a mold cone M adjacently to a larger diameter part of a cone type sleeve S. Especially, the surface 14 of the core N facing to the cone type sleeve S is extended outward from the outer circumference of the cone type sleeve, forms a ring gap 16 between it and the sleeve, and a ring groove 18 is provided on the outer circumference. The ring gap 16 and the ring groove 18 communicate with space 10 for forming a cone and space 12 for forming a cylindrical part. The pressure of a rubber material which flows in the space 10 and the space 12 is made uniform and the material flows and is filled in the spaces for forming a cone and a cylindrical part. For this reason, the rubber material is filled uniformly in the spaces for forming a cone and a cylindrical part.</p> |
