The thermoplastic polyester composition has a low melting point, good strength and working properties. The resin can be used as a plaster. This polyester comprises 1) 10-70wt.% of thermoplastic polyester of formula (I) with numeric av. Mw. 30,000-200,00 and mp. 55-65 deg.C; 2)50-100wt.% of polyester of (II) with Mw. 5,000-20,000 and mp. 55-65deg.C; and 1-20wt.% inorganic filler such as titania. In formula, R is aliphatic diol and R' is selected from oxalic acid, malonic acid, succinic acid, glutaric acid, adipic acid, and suberic acid.
