<p>Liquid or pasty, storage-stable, multiple emulsion of the O<1>/W/O<2> type where O<2> forms the external phase of the multiple emulsion, and a hydrophilic emulsifier is present at the O<1>/W interface and a hydrophobic emulsifier is present at the W/O<2> interface, where (1) the hydrophobic emulsifier has an HLB </= 8 and a1) a polyacrylic ester with long-chain hydrocarbon and polyoxyalkylene groups or a2) a polyoxyalkylene-polysiloxane with long-chain alkyl radicals bonded to Si atoms, and (2) the hydrophilic emulsifier is a non-ionic emulsifier with an HLB </= 8. The hydrophilic emulsifier is preferably a partial fatty acid ester of mono-, oligo- or polyglycerol or a polyacrylic ester with long-chain hydrocarbon and polyoxyalkylene groups.</p> |
