METHOD FOR COATING A ZINC OF AN ALUMINUM TUBE

The zinc coating method for aluminum tubes for automobiles improves the productivity by simplifying the complex processes and equipping the coating apparatus in the extrusion process. The coating method comprises: (A) extruding aluminum ingot(46) through an extruder(40); (B) passing an extruded aluminum tube(20) through a zinc coating apparatus(10) and spraying the melted zinc melt-fuse on the surface of the aluminum tube under extrusion.
