PURPOSE:To produce a method for producing a green sheet laminate, shortened in heating and pressurizing time and improved in productivity. CONSTITUTION:In a method for producing a green sheet laminate by superposing plural green sheets and then heating the superposed green sheet faces while pressurizing, the pressure is removed by a prescribed timing while heating the green sheets after starting to pressurize the faces and then the green sheet faces are re-pressurized. |
