PURPOSE:To ensure that sterilization and disinfection are performed over the entire area of space or a floor surface in specified dimensions at low cost and high with safety by limiting the concentration of an effective volatile portion of an effective chlorine component as an effective sterilization component to lower than a specified value. CONSTITUTION:In a sterilizing and disinfecting water for spraying which is an acidic water generated by electrolysis of an aqueous halogen compound-added solution, the concentration of an effective volatile chlorine portion of an effective chlorine component within a pH value range of 5.0 max is limited to lower than 14%. That is, the generated acidic water should have a pH value of 2.5 to 4.0, an effective chlorine component amount of 20 to 250ppm, and an oxidation reduction potential of 1000mV min. In addition, in the sterilizing and disinfecting water for spraying, used for a thermal evaporation-type spray device, the generated acidic water should have the pH value of 2.5 to 4.0, the effective chlorine component amount of 70 to 250ppm and the oxidation reduction potential of 1000mV min. Further, the acidic water used for a pneumatic pressure feed spraying device should have the pH value of 2.5 to 4.0 and the effective chlorine component amount of 20 to 130ppm. |
