PURPOSE:To provide a laser beam machine where a bellows is not burnt, the machine is safe, the adjustment and maintenance of a bent mirror is easy and inexpensive, and the sealability of the optical path is excellent by mounting a douser of a reflected beam in the range where the reflected beam from a machining head is not directly incident on the optical path bellows. CONSTITUTION:The beam which is advanced in the direction of an optical path bellows 7 by the reflected beam 11 from a work 5 or the like during the laser beam machining is shut off by a douser 12. and is not incident on the optical path bellows 7. This douser 12 is metallic, and may be a reflecting body or an absorbing body of the laser beam, and the dimension can be appropriately determined by the investigation or the like of the angle of reflection. The douser 12 is mounted on a machining head 2 side, and is moved together with the generation point of the reflected beam 11, and the incidence of the reflected beam on the optical path bellows 7 can be completely avoided. |
