<p>PURPOSE:To automatically return a paper feed means when a paper feed unit is supplemented with recording paper and mounted again by providing a return means for automatically returning, to the paper feed position the paper feed means excluded by motion for inserting a paper feed unit part into a device main body. CONSTITUTION:When a paper feed unit part is drawn out from a device main body, a frame body 2002 together with a paper feed roller 210 are rotationally moved upward by about 90 deg. centering around a drive shaft 205. Hereby a lock claw 2008 provided on a guide plate 2015 guiding recording paper is locked with the lock part 2010 of a lock member 2009 elastically supported with a spring 2013. Recording paper P is supplementally loaded on a vertically movable loading plate in this condition, and the paper feed unit part is mounted on the device main body. Hereby a working member 2011 collides with a working projection 204A, but a lock pin 2016 is locked with the long groove 2014 of the lock member 2009, hence the lock member 2009 is rotationally moved centering around a shaft 2014S, the lock part 2010 is detached from the lock claw 2008 of the guide plate 1015, and the paper feed roller 210, the frame body 2002, and the guide plate 2015 are simultaneously returned to the initial position automatically.</p> |
