PURPOSE:To provide a skin fixing device dispensing with the formation of a slide pin inserting retaining hole or a dowel retaining cavity to a skin and temporarily fixing the skin to a lower mold easily and certainly in the integral molding of the skin. CONSTITUTION:The operation shafts 10 of actuators A are vertically provided to the peripheral edge part of an upper mold 2 and allowed to advance toward the peripheral edge part of a lower mold 1 at the time of mold opening. These operation shafts 10 fall at the time of mold clamping to fix the peripheral edge part 14 of the skin 5 set to the lower mold 1 and receives pressure from the lower mold 1 accompanied by mold clamping operation to retreat.
