PURPOSE:To produce a canned MOTSU (intestine of pig or ox) suitable for long-term preservation and useful as an ingredient of Chinese noodles or an emergency ration. CONSTITUTION:Intestine of a pig or an ox is boiled so as to be softened. The boiled intestine is seasoned with Garlic, dinner and MISO (soybean paste), boiled down and then processed into a retortable pouched food or subjected to vacuum quick freezing so as to be serviceable as an ingredient of Chinese noodles sold on the market. Since it is produced as a food suitable for long-term preservation, it can be used for multiplepurpose. In addition, it is canned so as to be used as an emergency ration. |
