PURPOSE:To provide a high-frequency heating treatment device having the capability of carrying out continuous heating, effective heating, simple operation, proper heating or the like. CONSTITUTION:An excitation coil 2 is laid in a cavity resonator 1, together with a sensor 3 for detecting the resonance frequency thereof. A monitor 4 is connected to the sensor 3 and output therefrom is sent to an amplifier 5. Furthermore, a voltage control section 6 performs high-frequency power control in the amplifier 5, and amplified high-frequency power is supplied to the coil 2 via a matching unit 7. |
