PURPOSE:To provide a compact heating device for food materials by which the food materials are not easily damaged by changing the attitude of the food materials sideways to a main body of a heating device and enabling the heated food materials to be discharged in the sideways state. CONSTITUTION:After cooking of a patty P is completed, the patty is oscillated by 90 deg. by a rotary actuator 17 attached to a heating device HU and turned sideways, and it is pinched by a ceramic heater 16, so that the attitude is changed together with a heating device HU. As a result, the shape of the patty is not lost, and the patty is hardly damaged. The patty P is pushed out to the position P2A from the inside of the heating device HU by a pusher 18 after the pinching of the patty P is released. The patty in the position P2A is picked by a pick to whose tip a stain up head 101 is attached and press mechanisms 102 to 106, so as to be placed on a positioned heel H. |
