<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the thermal bonding of a resin molded article by irradiating the resin molded article having fine particles of needle titanium oxide dispersed therein with a microwave. CONSTITUTION:A resin molded article having fine particles of needle titanium oxide dispersed therein is irradiated with a microwave to be heated. As needle titanium oxide, commercial one can be utilized. As the resin forming the resin molded article, a thermoplastic resin is used because pref. at the time of use as a heating element for welding. Needle titanium in the resin is dispersed by mixing a polymer and needle titanium oxide by a Henschel mixer and the resulting mixture is heated, melted and mixed by an extruder or a Brabender mixer to be molded into a desired shape. The mixing ratio of the resin and needle titanium oxide is pref. 100:10-100:200. The wavelength and energy of a microwave to be used may be almost equal to those of the microwave adapted to a household electronic oven.</p> |
